доставили вовремя-быстро,всё внешне целое,но панель с заводским браком,2/3 панели собрано одной полярностью кремниевых элементов,1/3 собраны на оборот,другой полярностью, это видно через стекло,итог панель выдаёт только 7,8 вольта при полной освещённости без нагрузки,это ровно 1/3 от полного напряжения без нагрузки,ток кз 0,78А,.понимаю,что продавец не виноват,он в Китае,а панель пришла из Польши,но пользоваться панелью не получиться.открыл спор и связался с продавцом
